Representative Eric Swalwell is unafraid and unbending in his continuous opposition to Trump, MAGA extremists, and rooting out corruption. Swalwell is consistently one of the first Democrats who turns the spotlight in these three categories. He was appointed by Rep. Nancy Pelosi and served as one of the Impeachment Managers against Donald Trump. Rep. Swalwell currently serves on the House Judiciary and Homeland Security Committees.

He was first elected to Congress by taking on a 20-term incumbent.
